September 2014

Whitewater Ramble (WWR) has announced a special show on Thursday October 2, 2014 at Cervantes Other Side presented by WinterWonderGrass. The band will take on the music of Jerry Garcia including his bluegrass roots plus his work with Old & in the Way, the Grateful Dead, Jerry Garcia Band an more.

Ever since the Harvest Music Festival lineup has been released, I’ve been pouring through the music of slated artists to find my favorites. A lot of the musicians I wasn’t too familiar with, including Under the Willow. From the first song I heard, I knew this was a band I could easily love.

Lotus is set to celebrate the end of 2014 with four shows in two different cities. Take down the holiday decorations and get ready to pop the champagne with Lotus starting December 27th and 28th at Philadelphia’s Electric Factory. Then, officially ring in the New Year on December 30th and 31st in Richmond, VA at The National.

Riot Fest exploded with a bang, and the fast action, hard hitting, rock festival tore it up in the Mile High City. On the grounds of Sports Authority Stadium at Mile High, home of the Denver Broncos, the festival kicked off its first night with its best lineup of the weekend. Taking public transportation was the way to go because there were a lot of people to add to the regular Friday traffic in the city.

After a long wait amidst the cancelled shows last summer and the departure of original bass player David “Murph” Murphy, STS9 came back to Red Rocks Amphitheater with retribution. For our patience and gratitude throughout the year, the band rewarded us with 7 hours, and 58 tracks of the most diverse music a fan could ask for. STS9 played 3 sets each night with a short set from the Lazy Americanz (presented by The J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League) as they performed their legendary “in the round” set.
