Critically-acclaimed bluegrass duo Dailey & Vincent are set to kick off their highly anticipated 10-year celebration in true superstar fashion. They are one of the most decorated acts in the history of the genre, consisting of 6-time “Male Vocalist of the Year” winner Jamie Dailey and 5-time Grammy® winner Darrin Vincent. They will be commemorating the special occasion with a series of events that will start their year off with a bang.

Santa has decided to give Old Settler’s Music Festival fans an early Christmas present—word that Texas’ own outlaw-country-loving rockers the Old 97’s have been added to the 30th-anniversary festival lineup, along with Austin’s rising blues boys, the Peterson Brothers. They join a sure-to-be-swingin’ roster of roots music talent appearing Thursday-Sunday, April 20-23, 2017, at the Salt Lick BBQ Pavilion and Camp Ben McCulloch in Driftwood, just southwest of Austin.

Guitar virtuoso and rock legend, Steve Hackett (formerly of Genesis), releases his latest album The Night Siren on Friday, March 24th 2017, through InsideOut Music (Sony). As implied in the title, The Night Siren is a wake-up call…the warning of a siren sounding in this era of strife and division.

Founded in 2009 by bandleader Tyler Grant, the Cosmic Americana band Grant Farm will hit the road in January & February to the West Coast supporting their latest release, Kiss The Ground.

Grateful Dead lyricist, and co-founder of the EFF, John Perry Barlow, has had a tumultuous year and a half spent in "medical incarceration," living with extreme pain and limited mobility since April, 2015. Tragically, healthy savings and robust insurance is no match for the cost of extended convalescence.

As another exciting year winds down, Brooklyn’s Turkuaz is thrilled to share their first batch of tour dates for 2017.  The four week run will begin in the Southwest, anchored by McDowell Mountain Music Festival in Phoenix, AZ where they will share the bill with Flume, The Shins, Chromeo, and more.  Following a trek through Colorado’s Rocky Mountain ski areas, the tour will land in Columbus, OH for two nights as part of Woodland's Tavern St.
