Audra Mae Set To Release New EP + Debut Her New Band

Since her acclaimed SideOneDummy Records debut, The Happiest Lamb, in May 2010, Oklahoma-
born singer/songwriter Audra Mae has undergone quite a transformation. The main change is that
Audra Mae is now backed by a band dubbed THE ALMIGHTY SOUND, which is comprised of stand-
up bassist Joe Ginsberg, guitarist Jarrad Kritzstein, pianist Frank Pedano and drummer Kiel Fehercame.

Audra explains the change by saying "These musicians are my best friends. They're so talented and
they have my back, which is what you want in a band...that they care about you and your music.”

In addition to The Almighty Sound, Audra also tapped country star Deana Carter (Did I Shave
My Legs for This) to come aboard to co-produce.

While The Happiest Lamb showcased Audra Mae’s darker, more dramatic and melancholy side,
Audra Mae & The Almighty Sound's debut EP is a celebration of her Audra's own blossoming as
a performer, the perfect storm of all her influences, spiked with the energy of a group who honed
their chops in live situation. The EP will be available digitally on November 29th, 2011, but it can be
streamed TODAY in it’s entirety.
