THE DAVE STEIN BUBHUB has been taking the West Coast by storm, playing non-stop sets of groove-driven funk, and creating a passionate and sensual party atmosphere encouraging their fans to move and play. The DAVE STEIN BUBHUB nightly weaves a sultry tapestry of colors and tones which invite, no, implore fans to dance in a smoky melange of funk, rock, soul and jam.

Soulful vocals, undulating and oscillating funk guitar mixed with spirited organ and keyboards blend with deeply grooving bass and drum lines. Tightly structured songs lead to improvisational jams often resulting in the creation of new music, a phenomenon which regularly intrigues and excites, as the band melds into a single unit awash in a sea of grooves.

The band began when guitarist/singer/songwriter Dave Stein hooked up with bassist Jeb Taylor. Soon thereafter, they enlisted simultaneously the talents of keyboardist Ryan Vandenbroeck (Open Space Project) and various drummers, including Marty Ylitalo from New Monsoon! In the first eight weeks, the DAVE STEIN BUBHUB played a total of thirteen shows (including one with Melvin Seals & JGB), and recorded a four song live-in-studio demo. Now, they're set to come to a town near you!
