As the snow piles up on the slopes, we're very pleased to announce that tickets are now on sale for the 2nd Annual Fire on the Mountain Vertical Challenge on April 1 in Squaw Valley!

The Fire on the Mountain Vertical Challenge is not just a race, but a test of your endurance and strategy, where successful teams will ski/ride in excess of 100,000 vertical feet! Once you ski on all compulsory runs, take your pick of lifts and terrain to rack up vertical and enjoy one of the finest mountains in the world.

The top three teams will be announced from the main stage of the WinterWonderGrass Festival  on Friday night, and will also take home some cool prizes. Race registration includes a Friday Squaw Valley lift ticket, plus access to the Rex Foundation after-party at Bar One, with food, festivities, and a silent auction of great memorabilia. It also includes a Friday pass to the VIP tent at the WinterWonderGrass Festival on-site at Squaw Valley. (If you'd like to purchase discounted weekend passes or VIP upgrades for yourself or family and friends, info will be included with your registration materials.)

You can get four folks together and register as a team. No team? No problem! Register as an individual and we'll place you with one. Early Bird discounted tickets are available through February 29th for $1000 (team of four) or $275 (individually), $250 (Squaw Pass holder). All proceeds from the event go to Rex, and we're committing 50% of the funds raised to local charities in the Olympic Valley/Truckee area.

Come join us on the slopes for fun and a great cause!
