Fishbone's Angelo & Norwood Host Q&A's in NY

The acclaimed new documentary Everyday Sunshine: The Story of Fishbone was recently praised in the New York Times, where it was featured in the Arts & Leisure this past Sunday – click HERE to read the story.  The film hits Brooklyn’s ReRun Theater this Friday, October 7th and band members Angelo Moore and Norwood Fisher will be participating in a special Q&A.  The film will also screen Saturday October 8th at 1pm, followed by another Q&A.  Let us know ASAP you’d like to attend, as tickets are extremely limited. 
 
Everyday Sunshine will also have a private, VIP screening at 7pm on October 20th at the Bootleg Theater at Los Angeles, followed buy a Q&A with Angelo and Norwood.  This special event will followed by an intimate performance by Fishbone at 11pm, which will include some amazing guest performers and celeb appearance to be announced at a later date.
 
When Fishbone first emerged from California, no other band sounded or looked like them, and the weight of their innovative and iconic presence is still being felt decades later.  Coinciding with the group’s 25th anniversary, filmmakers Lev Anderson & Chris Metzler have directed a compelling new documentary, narrated by Laurence Fishburne.

The documentary includes interviews with: Gwen Stefani (No Doubt), Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Ice-T (rapper), Branford Marsalis (saxophonist), Perry Farrell (Jane’s Addiction, Porno For Pyros), Questlove (The Roots), and more.
