Today, ascending indie-groove band Goose announced the upcoming release of the new live album, “Alive and Well,” their first full-length offering in almost four years. Set for digital release on April 10th, the album will feature a selection of various tracks from 2019 - a seminal year in the quartet’s short history. The highly anticipated project is Goose’s first live album and captures the refined sound that propelled their epochal rise to national acclaim.

It’s about gratitude. We’re grateful to be able to be out here doing what we’ve always wanted to do. It’s for all the people we’ve known and loved and that may not be alive and well now. And it’s embracing the power of mental projection. Acknowledging that you are, or are choosing to be alive and well even when things aren’t easy.” - Rick Mitarotonda (Guitar, Vocals).

Additionally, Goose is planning to give audiophiles and record collectors an opportunity to secure the first-ever vinyl offering released by the band. Today, Goose will accept pre-orders for the 4-LP  “Alive and Well,” pressed on 180 g vinyl. The album will also include a 32-page photo book documenting the band on and off stage from Summer 2019 until Winter 2020 and a full color 24” x 36” fold-out poster.
