Leftover Salmon are saying goodbye to 2011 and hello to 2012 with a 2-night run in Portland, Oregon. And to make sure that fans can welcome New Year’s Eve in style, the pioneers of “Polyethnic Cajun Slamgrss” are inviting attendees to dress in costume and masks for a Masquerade Ball at Roseland Theater on December 31st.

Fans and revelers will ring in 2012 with feathers, beads, sequins and high-energy live music! Joining Leftover Salmon on New Year’s Eve night will be Jim PageFruition and indie-acoustic band Elephant Revival.

After the shows, Leftover Salmon plan to stick around the Portland area for a little while longer. The band will be recording a new album (their first in 8 years) in a local studio with producer XXX of Los Lobos. The album is slated for release in early summer.
