For 15 years the passionate pursuit of the perfect pint has been practiced at Two Brothers Brewery. In honor of this 15 year milestone being met, an anniversary party with local organic foods featuring a buffet, band and beer will take place at the Two Brothers Roundhouse in Aurora IL on Friday March 16th, 2012. The buffet will include a house salad, Asian pasta salad, chicken piccata, Puerco Verde and vegan enchiladas along with a brewer’s dip carving station with roast beef, wort jus & crust baguette and a sweets table. Food will run from 6:30 until 9pm. A $20 ticket is for admission to a banquet hall with a Two Brother's buffet and beer tasting. Admission to the pub where the bands play is FREE.Join us as we tap Monarch, our spring seasonal White Ale, on our 15th Anniversary. Special archived beers will also be pulled out of the cellar to help us celebrate 15 years of brewing. Monarch begins our project, 15 Beers for 15 Years. We will be bringing back 14 of our favorite artisan brews and we will finish with a brand new 15th anniversary artisan beer you won't soon forget. The 15 Beers of 15 Years project will run all summer long and give you something new to look forward to every few weeks.Something to definitely look forward to is the band Old Shoe, helping us to kick off the 15 Beers for 15 years project. Old Shoe is a five-piece Americana Folk Rock band based out of Chicago. Made up of talented songwriters from across the country, hailing from as far away as Alaska, the band's compositions paint a diverse landscape of American life. Constantly playing throughout the Midwest, their wealth of experience in the musical world never ceases to grow.
