Pure Jazz Returns to Miami!

The Miami Jazz Fest™ is Jazz, pure Jazz! Scheduled for November 17th and 18th at the Klipsch Amphitheater at Bayfront Park adjacent to Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami, the event promises to be a line-up of quality Jazz performances that will capture the excitement of fans throughout South Florida and beyond."There are many music festivals that call themselves 'Jazz' events, but are all too often watered down with other types of music" says event founder and producer, Carmen J. Cartiglia. “The Miami Jazz Fest™ will be going back to the basics and will bring in some exceptional true jazz artists from around the world.”Saturday night, November 17th will be dedicated to the exotic performances of Brazilian Jazz artists.  It will feature a star studded line up of international musicians to introduce you to the unique and varied styles of Brazilian Jazz.Then Sunday’s focus, November 18th, including Jazz great Monty Alexander, will be an all-day event that will bring in some swinging, no nonsense, straight ahead Jazz performances by world renowned musicians from across the globe.
