Founded in 1984 by the Grateful Dead, the Rex Foundation celebrates the magical combination of music, community, creativity and joyful spirit in New York City on Saturday, November 12th with its Black Tie-Dye Ball featuring The Zen Tricksters and special guests Donna Jean Godchaux-McKay (Grateful Dead, Heart of Gold Band), David Nelson (New Riders of the Purple Sage, David Nelson Band), Tom Constanten (Grateful Dead), Rob Barraco (The Zen Tricksters, The Dead, Phil Lesh & Friends, The Dragonflys), Greg Anton (Zero, Heart of Gold Band), Michael Falzarano (Hot Tuna), and Wendy Lanter (Hope in Time).
