The Appetite for Construction album/hat combo drops on Tuesday, August 21st.  The hat and custom album flash drive package  will ONLY be available for order, online.  You may also see it at Samples' and Grassroots' merchandise booths at select shows, events and festivals across the country.  Don't wait though!  There are only 420 special edition Samples Grassroots California hats, which include a flash drive version of the new album Appetite for Construction.  AND, to make it an even sweeter deal, a portion of the proceeds from these purchases will go to the Colorado Wildfire Fund.

Appetite for Construction follows Samples' EP, Life of the Party which was released earlier in 2012.  Life of the Party turned a lot of heads and has held up to its name.  Samples is taking his producing one step further with his new release, Appetite for Construction. "I wrote a lot of these songs to be main floor anthems and heaters during sets.  Instead of focusing on the "Glitch Hop" style of my past, I decided to branch out more into Dubstep and Electro House territory.  This new concept on songwriting for the album lends a unique style and sound to Appetite for Construction."

Samples' professional DJ career started in 2006 with a weekly radio show where he covered a wide range of styles and genres, with a focus on dance music and hip hop.  Now, Samples produces the music he spins which incorporates original beats, live mixing and lots of, yes, samples, which allows him to do what he does best - make a whole lot of new music filled with both brand news and some recognizable pieces of tunes that are sure to put the dance floor on fire.   "My live show is very active and entertaining and my main goal is to make people dance.  I'm gonna do that by throwing a lot of samples and songs that you'll recognize and play them in a new and fun way.  Even if you've heard any one of my 20+ releases you'll still be getting a new and unexpected live experience."
