For the last two-and-a-half decades, Chicago-formed improv-rock outfit Umphrey’s McGee have been wowing fans, critics, music nerds, and passersby with their wholly unique brand of tunes and explorations. Instead of celebrating 25 years together with a gold watch or some engraved silver plate, the band is continuing to break the mold by finding new ways to give back to their rabid community of fans during this momentous occasion; known henceforth as umXXV.

Today, MORE! have released LIVE - 01.15.23 - Cancun, Mexico, the official audio from their debut performance at Dead & Company's Playing in the Sand. The quartet, led by Tom Hamilton, Jr. (Joe Russo's Almost Dead, Ghost Light), was formed in 2020 during the pandemic with his former Brothers Past collaborators, keyboarist/vocalist Tom McKee, guitarist/vocalist Joe D'Amico, and guitarist/vocalist Jim Hamilton, as well as Ghost Light drummer Scotty Zwang.

Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band have announced additional North American dates on their 2023 international tour in 18 cities, with newly-added shows beginning at Chicago's Wrigley Field on August 9 and running through December 8 at San Francisco's Chase Center. Multiple nights have been scheduled for Philadelphia's Citizens Bank Park (August 16 and 18), New Jersey's MetLife Stadium (August 30 and September 1), Toronto's Scotiabank Arena (November 14 and 16) and Los Angeles' Kia Forum (December 4 and 6).

Hot Buttered Rum has announced dates for their 2023 Spring Meltdown Tour. The newly announced dates include a 4-show Colorado run, and a 4-show Northwest run before the band will make their way down the Pacific Coast to Southern California rounding out their spring tour. Ben Folds will release his new album What Matters Most on June 2 via New West Records. The 10-song set was co-produced by Folds and Joe Pisapia (K.D. Lang, Guster) in East Nashville, TN and features guest appearances by dodie, Tall Heights, and Ruby Amanfu. What Matters Most is Folds’ first studio album since his chart-topping collaboration in 2015 with the string ensemble yMusic.

Island Records and UMe today announce the release of “Two Hearts Beat As One” / “Sunday Bloody Sunday,” a limited-edition, 4-track EP, celebrating the 40th anniversary of U2’s third studio album War (1983), exclusively for Record Store Day, April 22nd, 2023.

The EP features two original studio tracks, both released as singles in 1983, and two reimagined versions from the forthcoming 2023 U2 album Songs Of Surrender, on limited-edition, 180g heavyweight white vinyl, plus an exclusive poster with an illustration by Bono.
