Brooklyn, NY based EDM record label Brooklyn Fire, and New York, NY based entertainment marketing & PR firm UG Strategies, in collaboration with Live Nation and New York, NY based GBH Events, are proud to announce “EDM For Sandy Relief,” a benefit concert for The American Red Cross and Hurricane Sandy victims, in association with SOL REPUBLIC.

The Mimi Fishman Foundation has launched a new on-line charity auction that features several New Years Eve ticket/poster packages as well as Phish memorabilia featuring a very rare kick drum head that was used by Phish in the 90’s and has been signed by the band. The auction also includes a large number of Phish 2012 Summer Tour posters signed by the band and a very unique memorabilia package from the 2011 New Years run.

A concert tour organized to encourage voter turnout has taken on a new dimension in the wake of Hurricane Sandy. Organizers Magic Hat Brewing Co., CEG Presents and HeadCount announced today that all proceeds from the  four city “Participation Tour” will be donated to the Red Cross and other storm relief efforts.The tour begins Friday in Baltimore, followed by stops in Philadelphia on Saturday and Washington, D.C, on Sunday.
