Sitting at the base of the mountains in Placerville, California, High Sierra’s sister festival Hangtown Music Festival covered 4 days of festivities which included beer tasting, meditation, yoga, costumes, but most of all, for the rock solid line up of diverse musicians. El Dorado County Fairgrounds opened its door with a freshly titled, Hangtown Music Festival. They may have dropped the Halloween Ball from their name, but that certainly didn’t slow down the party of twirling costumes under sunny skies and cool mountain air all weekend long.

In October of 2015, over two thousand patrons, creators, and musicians took to the streets of downtown Santa Cruz, making the third iteration of our event the most successful one yet.

Fall bluegrass festivals are usually pretty perfect no matter where you are. There's that cool heaviness in the air and the crisp laughter of folks coming together to enjoy the natural sound of bluegrass. This year's Hillberry Music Festival in Eureka Springs, AR was no exception. The stellar lineup and fantastic scenery compelled people from all over the U.S. to travel to Arkansas for a weekend of music and meaningful experiences.

MerleFest, presented by Window World, has begun accepting entries for the Chris Austin Songwriting Contest this month and will continue until February 2017. The Chris Austin Songwriting Contest is one of the most acclaimed songwriting contests in roots and Americana music and has a reputation for launching careers and discovering important new talent.
 

HUKA Entertainment today announced the star-studded lineup for the Fifth Annual Tortuga Music Festival, country music’s biggest beach party.  Country superstars Kenny Chesney, Luke Bryan and Chris Stapleton are headlining its Fifth Year celebration.  The 2017 Tortuga Music Festival will take place Friday, April 7, Saturday, April 8 and Sunday, April 9, 2017 on the sands of Fort Lauderdale Beach Park in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Alta Music Festival is proud to announce its #RockNRefill partnership with REVERB and Nalgene in efforts to create an environmentally conscious event on October 15th at Avila Beach Resort. Artists for the debut event include Iration, Nahko And Medicine For The People, Collie Buddz, Unified Highway, and Wheeland Brothers.
 

Marking its biggest production to date, III Points took Miami by storm last weekend with its fourth-annual music, art & technology festival. Despite an initial hurdle that South Florida would fall victim to Hurricane Matthew, III Points was bestowed with clear skies and breezy vibes, and the community came together to honor a homegrown festival that was born through global visions.

A Feast of Funk & Soul Food is a new event taking place at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park on November 18 & 19, 2016. It is a combination of funky music, delicious soul food, and Florida breweries, joining forces to raise money for local charities Love Inc., Hope Notes and Suwannee Spirit Kids Music Camp.
