Trampled by Turtles are coming to the Soo Pass Ranch, home of the WE Fest in Detroit Lakes, MN!  The energy packed, speed pickin' bluegrass band will be the main event on Saturday, July 2nd at the new, High Plains Festival presented by Summit Brewing Company and High Plains Reader.  The Duluth Quintet is hard to define.  Call it alt-bluegrass, nontraditional string, indi-folk, rock grass, punk-grass or anything else.

Camping will be available for the whole weekend.  Make it a summer vacation and camp under the stars in the beautiful Northwoods Campgrounds.  During the day, grab your swimsuits and sunscreen and plan a trip to tube down the river or head into town for a day at the beach. Why not some boating, fishing, or disc golf and fireworks on the City Beach. "Like" the High Plains Festival Fan page on Facebook for the most up to date information.  You better request your time off now - you don't want to miss this fun-filled Fourth of July weekend in the Lakes Area with Trampled by Turtles!
