Marco Benevento Announces Winter Tour Dates

Marco Benevento has announced additional winter tour dates for Colorado and the West Coast. The shows are part of an extended headline tour behind his acclaimed new album TigerFace. The pianist heads to Colorado in January for a five-show run that stops in Avon, Breckenridge, Carbondale, Denver and Frisco. A week later he starts up again in Los Angeles for a stretch of dates that also hits Felton, San Francisco, Arcata, Cottage Grove, Portland and Seattle.

Preservation Hall Jazz Band to Raise Money for Hurricane Sandy

Preservation Hall Jazz Band are no strangers to the disastrous aftermath of a hurricane, having endured Hurricane Katrina in 2005, that left their hometown of New Orleans in shambles. Following Katrina, Preservation Hall Jazz Band launched Renew Orleans, along with partners Ropeadope and Okayplayer. The project raised over $80,000 for local musicians.

EXIT 0 International Jazz Festival Still On

In less than six weeks, the City of Cape May will be the stage for the inaugural edition of the Exit 0 International Jazz Festival, November 9-11. More than 100 internationally known musicians will perform more than 50 shows over the course of the Festival, with performances taking place in intimate club venues and on the Main Stage of the Cape May Convention Hall during this three-day event.
