Wood Brothers Cannot Appear at Suwannee Roots

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park makes the announcement that The Wood Brothers will not appear at the Suwannee Roots Revival on Friday, October 14 due to an ongoing medical emergency with one of the band members. Everyone is stable and we hope to have more news soon. 

Our Suwannee Community pulls together in times of need and friends of the Park and amazing musicians JJ Grey & Luther Dickinson are coming out as a special addition to the festival and will perform Friday night from 8:30-9:45pm, following Col. Bruce Hampton & The Madrid Express (6:30-7:45pm).

The special Blueground Undergrass reunion show will take place 10:15-11:45pm. Leftover Salmon closes out the night on Friday night. Others performing at the festival throughout the weekend include Sam Bush, Donna the Buffalo, Peter Rowan, Jim Lauderdale, Verlon Thompson, The HillBenders "Tommy: A Bluegrass Opry", Town Mountain, Col. Bruce Hampton, The Mike + Ruthy Band, Jon Stickley Trio, The Honeycutters and more.
