The Les Paul Foundation continues to change the face of music through various grants awarded to organizations around the country. The foundation's support of Guitars for Vets, a program headquartered in Milwaukee, helps in supporting veterans who graduate from its programs obtain guitars. Throughout his life Les Paul was an innovator who invented multi-track recording and the solid body electric guitar. He was interested in music education, engineering and medical research through his entire life. Pictured here is Patrick Netteshelm (r) founder of Guitars for Vets with a student of the program.
