Under Full Sail: It All Comes Together

- for the Grateful Web

Columbus, Ohio 's ekoostik hookah recently made its way to Atlanta's infamous Tree Sound Studios for a week of recording followed by a weekend of live recordings in front of 200 devoted fans. Hookah is developing their first studio record since 2002 and its first recording with singer/songwriter/guitarist John Mullins in over 10 years. The double-disc new release, Under Full Sail: It All Comes Together, (which will be available in January) features one CD of studio tracks, consisting of 3 new original songs along with 3 newly rerecorded songs that originally appear on hookah's 1991 debut Under Full Sail (which was recorded 4 weeks after the band formed and with the lead guitarist having a broken hand). A second disc will contain all live tracks from the Atlanta live sessions.
