Lissie To Perform At Hiro Ballroom In NYC Tonight

Lissie, chosen by Vogue.com, Billboard.com, and Metromix as one of the top artists to see at the 2010 CMJ Music Marathon, is set to perform at her sold-out show tonight at Hiro Ballroom in New York, NY, following nine days of vocal rest. She will continue to be monitored by a doctor through tomorrow afternoon but is scheduled to hit the stage at 8pm. Eight postponed dates in Denver, Minneapolis, Rock Island (IL), Chicago, Toronto, Philadelphia, Washington (DC), and Boston will be rescheduled in early 2011.

Last week, Lissie's network television debut - taped October 7th at the Troubadour in Los Angeles - aired on Last Call with Carson Daly. In addition to current features in Relix and Blurt magazines, she was chosen as a 'Breaking Out' artist in SPIN's October issue. Lissie's debut full-length album, Catching A Tiger, was released in the U.S. August 17th via Fat Possum.

15th Annual All Good Music Festival Announces 2011 Dates

The All Good Music Festival is pleased to announce its 15th annual event to be held July 14-17, 2011 on Marvin’s Mountaintop near Masontown, WV.  As the Mid-Atlantic’s longest running music & camping event, this summer’s annual musical oasis saw the festival attracting record crowds, bringing in fans from every state in the country and internationally.

Along with announcing next year’s dates, the All Good Festival is asking its fans who they’d like to see perform on Marvin’s Mountaintop in 2011.  Fans who share their wish list on the All Good Festival’s Facebook page will also be entered into a drawing to win a pair of festival tickets for next year’s event.  Interested fans can have their vote and voice be heard via this online form.

Aloha! Jake finished his annual tour of Japan last month and is now getting ready for shows on the east coast of the United States and his first visit to GERMANY!!

Jake's proud to announce his new album "Peace Love Ukulele" will be released in January 2011! The album includes Jake's original songs "143" (the numeric pager code for "I love you") and his tribute to World War II veterans, "Go For Broke". On the album's only two solo ukulele arrangements, Jake brings his unique style to Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah", and Queen's epic rock and roll classic "Bohemian Rhapsody".

Jake recently released a new album "I Love Ukulele" in Japan. To promote this new album, Jake went on a month long tour (August 14 - September 14) around Japan, which consisted of 16 shows in 14 cities.  While in Japan, Jake even had time to visit some elderly homes and spread the joy of music that we are all familiar with.

This weekend the Everyone Orchestra takes improvisation to the Rockies with a four night run beginning September 16 in Fort Collins, CO followed by three days in Denver @ Quixotes.

Conductor Matt Butler will facilitate the musical improvisation of an unrivaled all-star cast including Steve Kimock on guitar, Jeff Sipe (Leftover Salmon, Trey Anastasio Band) on drums, Jennifer Hartswick (Trey Anastasio Band) on trumpet and vocals, Trevor Garrod (Tea Leaf Green) on keys, Michael Kang (SCI) on violin and mandolin, Mike Sugar (Jambay) on bass, Chuck Morris (Lotus) on percussion and YOU.

Marking the 15th Anniversary of his passing and as a way to honor Jerry Garcia's musical and community legacy, Kimock contributed a live performance of a Jerry Garcia song to Jerry Jams for Rex which will benefit the Rex Foundation.

Available now at Livedownloads.com, Jerry Jams for Rex includes Kimock's performance of Stella Blue from 12/18/09, along with four exclusive previously unreleased live Garcia songs from Phish, Bruce Hornsby & The Noisemakers, The String Cheese Incident and Keller Williams & The Keels. Other artists featured on the 12-track compilation include The Black Crowes, Yonder Mountain String Band and more. All proceeds are a contribution to the Rex Foundation, the Grateful Dead's charitable arm.
