Festival Schedule Announced for 15th Annual All Good Music Festival

With summer Held this July 14-17 at Marvin’s Mountaintop in Masontown, WV, the 15th Annual All Good Music Festival has announced the complete schedule and list of artists performing the event which can be found here. Fans can rest easier than most other festivals because the All Good Festival features no overlapping sets with the two adjacent stages alternating music non-stop from noon to late night/early morning.

The Grassroots Stage event schedule was also announced today, including the moe. fan challenge which may yield another set of moe. at All Good; special talks Furthur drummer Joe Russo; Social Change Through Music panels with members of Hot Buttered Rum and Tara & Jeb of Donna the Buffalo; Greensky Bluegrass doing ‘Rock N’ Roll in Disguise’;  members of Dark Star Orchestra performing as Terrapin Nation for a special Rex Foundation benefit; plus an extremely rare “Rebel Alliance Jam” featuring Keller Williams with members of Umphrey’s McGee, Toubab Krewe.

B.O.M.B. Fest Full Two-Day Lineup Revealed!

With the third annual festival on the horizon, B.O.M.B. Fest is proud to announce it’s the full line up and two-day schedule HERE for the Memorial Day Weekend event (Saturday May 28th and Sunday May 29th) at the Comcast Theatre in Hartford, CT. Over two days, festival patrons will have a chance to see some of the biggest acts from across the country, including performances by Weezer, Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Coheed And Cambria, Neon Trees, State Radio, George Clinton & Parliament/Funkadelic, The New Pornographers, Against Me!, HEALTH, Wavves and many more! All proceeds from this year’s festival will got towards providing music scholarships, music enrichment and education programs, music and healing initiatives and community support and outreach. Last year’s festival raised money for The Hole in the Wall Gang Camps, Connecticut Children's Hospital, YPI Camp, and The Lyman Allyn Museum.

The father-and-son team of Frank Bombaci, Sr. and Frank Bombaci, Jr. have dedicated themselves to providing the East Coast with a premiere music festival that focuses not only on the best national talent, but also on the budding stars that will eventually follow in their footsteps. Local bands with music that ranges from alternative hip-hop to angular post punk will perform at B.O.M.B. Fest’s local stage, providing festivalgoers with a unique experience unlike any other.

2011 Pitchfork Music Festival Rounds Out Lineup

As previously announced, the 2011 Pitchfork Music Festival will be taking place on Friday, July 15 through Sunday, July 17 at Chicago's Union Park! Hangout Announces Late-Night and Schedule

Hangout Music Festival has announced the daily performance schedule for their 2nd annual beach, music and arts event. Headliners including Widespread Panic and My Morning Jacket open the festival on Friday, May 20th, Foo Fighters, The Flaming Lips, and The Avett Brothers round-out Saturday, May 21st, and Paul Simon, The Black Keys, and Michael Franti and Spearhead close-up the festival on Sunday, May 22nd. A full schedule with more than 60 bands can be found on the Hangout Music Festival website.

Hangout has also announced that tickets for select late-night performances go on sale this Friday, April 1st at 10 am ET for Hangout Music Festival ticketholders. Attendees to Hangout who have already purchased their 2011 festival tickets will have an advance week to secure their tickets to the exclusive Hangout late-night concerts. Late-night tickets are limited and can be purchased through the Hangout website and Front Gate Tickets. Any remaining tickets after the first week of sale will be made available to the general public on Friday, April 8th.

The Hangout will host 2 late-night stages Friday and Saturday night of the festival. A 3,000 capacity Hangout Late-Night Tent will host sets by Bassnectar and Pretty Lights – who will both perform additional sets during the main Hangout festival event. A second Hangout Late-Night Stage is located within the Hangout Restaurant. All shows begin at midnight.

Performing Friday, May 20th in the Hangout Late Night Tent is Bassnectar with special guest Beats Antique. Tickets are $25 for Hangout Festival ticket buyers, $30 regular price, and $35 day of show.

Performing Saturday, May 21st in the Hangout Late Night Tent is Pretty Lights. Tickets are $25 for Hangout Festival ticket buyers, $30 regular price, and $35 day of show.

7th Annual Desert Rocks Music Festival

Each year, during Memorial Day weekend, the Desert Rocks Music Festival is held at the majestic BFE Ranch, located 10 miles south of Moab. This stellar location for camping and music showcases the breathtaking natural beauty of Utah. The ranch backs up to the La Sal Mountains and boasts its own slot canyon.

This year, May 27-29th, Desert Rocks will feature two stages of world-class bluegrass, rock ‘n' roll, reggae, hip-hop, funk, and folk music. The music is complemented by engaging local entertainment ranging from fire dancing to aerial trapeze ballet. Performances and events begin each afternoon and continue until sunrise. Desert Rocks is a family-friendly festival, and children under 12 are free. It is a portable interactive art, music, and performance exhibit in the guise of an old-fashioned Wild West saloon, playfully blended with elements from Mad Max, Willy Wonka, and our very own Solar Cosmonauts.  The SoLLun embodies and manifests the current green trend by being entirely solar and wind powered and mostly made of reclaimed materials. It is the only such exhibit that also travels via 100% green technologies--currently a full veggie conversion, with a bio-diesel backup.

2011 Hangout Festival Lineup Announcement

The Hangout Music Festival has added twelve more acts to its May 20-22, 2011 lineup.  The newest artist additions include The Avett Brothers, STS9, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, Brandi Carlile, JJ Grey and Mofro, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Big Gigantic, Soja, Railroad Earth, Greensky Bluegrass, Rival Sons and Honey Island Swamp Band. Hangout Music Festival is in close proximity to a wide assortment of lodging options including fully equipped and affordable vacation rental condominiums, beach houses and traditional hotel rooms. Hangout attendees are encouraged to use the Hangout shuttle system with convenient pick-up and drop-off locations throughout Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. 2011 Pitchfork Music Festival | July 15th - 17th

The 2011 Pitchfork Music Festival will take place on Friday, July 15 through Sunday, July 17th! The three-day music festival returns to Chicago’s Union Park to celebrate cutting-edge music from around the world on three stages, giving festival-goers one of the most inviting, reasonably priced, and unexpected weekends of music under the sun.
