The Inspector Cluzo is a Gascony, France-based rock and blues duo created in 2008 by Laurent (Guitar, Lead Vocal) and Mathieu (Drums). The two met while studying Physics in Mont de Marsan. Since 2008, the band has released 8 albums via their self-run record label F.TheBassPlayer Records, they are 100% self-financed, family-based and organized, and 100% DIY.

The DIY Guascon farmers are thrilled to announce the release of their second single "Swallows". The track is accompanied by a stunning animated video, which is available here. The single is taken from the band’s forthcoming ninth studio album Horizon set for release on January 27, 2023, via F.thebassplayer Records.

Following an incredible touring season in the summer of 2022, the DIY Gascon farmers The Inspector Cluzo, are thrilled to announce the release of their ninth studio album Horizon on January 27, 2023, via F.thebassplayer Records. To coincide with the record announcement, the band is also launching the first single and video for the title track, which is available here.

Hyper-independent French duo, The Inspector Cluzo have released the unplugged version of their song “Fishermen,” which was recorded live this past February in Biarritz at Casino Barrière, the last concert the band played as part of their Unplugged tour. “Fishermen” is a fan favorite and induces rowdy sing-a-longs every time the song is performed.  Glide Magazine premiered the song earlier this week saying that The Inspector Cluzo “rings in buoyant jazz, folk & world on ‘Fishermen.’”

Grateful Web has the premiere of The Inspector Cluzo's "Ideologies." This unplugged version of the song will be included on the forthcoming album The Organic Farmers Seasons due out in the fall.

"Ideologies" was performed to a sold-out show at one of the band's favorite venues, Krakatoa, in the Bordeaux region of France. Watch the video here:

The Inspector Cluzo have released their cover of Neil Young’s “Hey Hey My My.” This is the first of a four-song project titled “The Organic Farmers Seasons” recorded on tape in Nashville, TN at Sputnik Sound Studio and produced by Vance Powell (Jack White, Chris Stapleton, Clutch). The next song releases will follow this Summer, Fall and Winter.
