Great American Taxi and Vince Herman have decided it is in the best interest of the band and everyone involved to part ways starting in 2014.  Vince recently moved to Oregon to settle down and spend more time on his farm, and his other band, Leftover Salmon, have become very active again absorbing much of Herman's time.  Great American Taxi has wanted to play more and follow up on the success of their last two albums, which landed them in the top 10

Leftover Salmon is excited to announce their 2014 Spring Tour. One of the greatest qualities of Colorado’s Cajun Slamgrass legends Leftover Salmon is their ability to evolve with sincere versatility. Founding members Vince Herman and Drew Emmitt have taken the band to higher creative peaks, with new material (the fantastic Aquatic Hitchhiker release) and welcoming great musicians in that really understand how to play their demanding style while also kicking back and parting with their crowd.

Leftover Salmon is thrilled to welcome special guest Bill Payne (of Little Feat) to their Thanksgiving shows at the Boulder Theater and to the New Year's shows at Park City Live in Utah and the Neptune Theatre in Seattle, WA. Fruition will also join the festivities in Seattle.

Jose' Martinez, our beloved drummer of the past 12+ years and dear friend, has decided to retire from the road and is currently living and performing in Seattle, WA. We wish Jose' all the best with his future. With that, we are happy to welcome the young and talented drummer, Alwyn Robinson, into the Leftover Salmon family. Alwyn has been playing with the band for the past few months and the fit couldn’t be better; it’s time to make it official.

Well, it wouldn’t be NedFest without a little rain and a lotta Vince Herman. As the first hopeful few sauntered on to the grounds last Friday, we dared the sky to open up wider and keep pouring down on us. It hadn’t stopped us Nedestrians before (we’re no fair-weather fans) and it certainly was not going to now that Whitewater Ramble, leaving tradition behind, plugged in and opened up the weekend with some lively tunes.

All Good Music Festival made its return to Legend Valley the weekend of July 18th-21st with what has now become an annual star-studded lineup of jamband and EDM favorites.  This year was no different, with acts to please any music fans taste, ranging from bluegrass darlings Yonder Mountain String Band and Leftover Salmon, rock idol Les Claypool with Primus
