Musical genius and performer extraordinaire, That1Guy has released his latest track and video, “Bomb Dignity”. The improvised a cappella jam was created with just voice, foot stomping and handclaps, along with old-timey approach and a monstrosity of metal, strings and electronics called, The Magic Pipe. Also, as an added treat, The Magic Pipe controls the sonic manipulation of the vocals live as it’s played and sung.

That1Guy, also known as Mike Silverman explains “In this studio version, super producer and engineer, Billy Hume masterfully edits in the original tape-recorded a cappella jam at the beginning, as it all seamlessly builds into a classic That1Guy and The Magic Pipe jam. The song is entitled "Bomb Dignity" because spellcheck refuses the typing of crazy words such as "Diggity." That1Guy thinks it important to consider the devices. Onwards….”

The Bomb Dignity video was directed by Adam Shane and shot in That1Guy's Las Vegas kitchen using only a couple of iPhones. It features That1Guy's stellar coffee cup collection and a hand crank burr grinder, plus, extra special guest, "The Magic Bean".

This October, seminal livetronica band, Particle, kicks off a major tour in support of their first new studio album in 14 years. The long-awaited album, Accelerator, hits outlets this September and features nine new original tracks packed with powerhouse performances and adventurous songwriting that is sure to excite both longtime fans and newcomers alike.

Over the past several years Particle has scaled their touring schedule down as founding member Steve Molitz provided multi-year stints as the keyboardist for bands such as Phil Lesh & Friends, Robby Krieger, Eric Burdon, Rich Robinson, and Playing For Change.

In addition, Molitz has been busy in recent years as the lead composer for a number of video games including NBA Playgrounds 1 & 2, Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn, Barack Fu: The Adventures of Dirty Barry, The Secret Life of Pets: Unleashed, Spintires: MudRunner, and the upcoming adaptation of the Paramount Pictures film, World War

Z. Molitz collaborated musically with his Particle bandmates Kito Bovenschulte, Michael Daum and Clay Parnell on nearly all of the above soundtracks, so the band's studio chops were primed and ready to roll when it came time to record Accelerator.

The Particle Accelerator Fall Tour kicks off October 5th in Massachusetts and takes the band down the coast to Florida, out to the Midwest and ultimately lands back in their current hometown of NYC on October 27th. The shows will feature all the songs from the new album as well Particle classics being delivered by a supercharged band ready to hit the road with a renewed energy and passion to share their sonic explorations with all the Particle People coast-to-coast.
