Summer Camp Music Festival announces its return to Chillicothe, IL on  Memorial Day Weekend 2023 (May 26-28), with the Pre-Party taking place on Thursday, May 25th. The annual 3-day weekend tradition, dating back to the fests inception over 20 years ago, has been a staple in the Midwest and continues to build a community that many fans refer to as their “home away from home”. Organizers confirm the future date with additional news that a limited amount of Early Bird Tickets for #SCamp23 will be made available this Friday, November 4th at 10am CT.

These discounted tickets go on sale prior to any major artist announcement, though fans can expect regular co-host bands moe. and Umphrey’s McGee to resume their headlining positions. With the release of an animated video on social media, fans have been given the first tease of what is to come in 2023. This gives both loyal SCampers  and rookie attendees a chance to get the cheapest ticket possible.  In addition to Early Bird 3-Day GA Passes fans will also be able to purchase Pre-Party Passes, VIP Upgrades, and RV / Car Camping Spots. All ticketing options will have payment plans available to spread their purchase across multiple affordable payments leading up to May 2023.

Summer Camp features a variety of music artists spanning genres from Electronic to Rock, Jam, Bluegrass, and everything in between. Fans will have the opportunity to experience 150+ artists across multiple stages over their Memorial Day Weekend. In addition to the music there are many aspects of Summer Camp Music Festival that build a sense of community including the experiential art area - The Illumination Woods, the Field Day games, workshops, food & craft vendors from around the country, a permanent garden dedicated to increasing knowledge of sustainability and permaculture - SOULPATCH, and the Soulshine Experience which promotes fans to get involved in all of these aspects beyond the music.

Summer Camp offers an experience unlike many others. To understand it, you’ll need to experience it. A great start for new fans to understand the festival would be to check out the Official 2022 Recap video here: https://youtu.be/l8pIM7n0xWQ
