HARD Events is coming to the Bay Area this summer. Today, it has been announced HARD SAN FRANCISCO will take place on Thursday, July 30 at The Armory (333 14th St SF, CA 94103) with THE CHEMICAL BROTHERS, BRODINSKI and more TBA.

It was a great Taos morning, the skies the color of blue you’ll see nowhere else. Festivalgoers were up and eager for the day’s events.

I missed the first two bands on the roster: Greg B and the Gunsels and Sean Healen. I was especially bummed to miss Sean. I understand that the Santa Fe Brewing Company honored him recently with a permanent addition to their fine line of brews, called “Healen’s Big Hat Nut Brown Ale.” He’s famous, not only for his music but for his hats.

The inaugural Music on the Mesa Music Festival opened onto a glorious Taos NM day. Deep blue skies and stunning views of the Sangre de Christo peaks to the side of the main stage added to the spirit of this festival. On site at the Taos Mesa Brewing Company, emcee Don Richmond of The Rifters gently directed festivalgoers to three stages of amazing Americana bands.

Never overlook the little guy. Often in the shadows of larger festivals, smaller events are often left by the wayside. Not this little shindig outside of Dover, Arkansas called Creekfest.  The 7th annual Creekfest hosted at Moore Outdoors, headlined by Mountain Sprout, Whiskey Shivers, Arkansauce and 1 oz.

The Bill Monroe Music Park & Campground, nestled in the beautiful hills of Brown County in Southern Indiana, is proud to announce the 49th Annual Bill Monroe’s Bean Blossom Bluegrass Festival taking place June 13-20, 2015. The event is the oldest, continuously running bluegrass festival in the world and draws music fans from around the globe.

Flying Dog Brewery today announces its partnership with the All Good Music Festival and Camp Out – July 9-11 in Summit Point, West Virginia – where the brewery is developing a new beer exclusively for the event. The festival-themed ‘All Good Ale’ promises to be perfect for the heat of summer with refreshing passion fruit and crisp hop notes.

Phases of the Moon Music & Art Festival is thrilled to announce the 2015 lineup. This year’s headliners include: The Disco Biscuits, STS9 Axe the Cables, moe., Yonder Mountain String Band, Lunar Landing Conspiracy, Beats Antique and more.

“Wakarusa”, an old Native American term meaning “ass-deep” once was used to describe the depth of a river. In more recent times it has been used to describe “the depth of experience” at the festival or more frankly, the amount of fun you can stack on an Ozark mountain. Enough to be ass deep in it.

The third annual Beanstalk Music & Mountain Festival is set to return to the State Bridge Amphitheater in Bond, CO May 29-31. This years lineup is nothing short of fantasti, with three sets from The Magic Beans, two sets from Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, The Kyle Hollingsworth Band featuring Michael Kang, Iron Horse, The Main Squeeze, Vine Street Vibes, Juno What?!  American Babies, and more.
