A microburst came through Arrington, VA Wednesday afternoon, leveling all the tents and structures at Oak Ridge Farm. Staff members were thrown through the air by walls of wind gusting over 70 miles an hour.  The pummeling of Oak Ridge lasted 10 minutes and delayed Lockn’s opening until today. A big heart-felt thank you and much respect goes out to all the staff that worked overtime to rebuild the festival grounds.

From honky-tonk angels to sinners and saints, the Muddy Roots Music Festival in Cookeville, TN had something for everyone and a whole lot for folks that love it all. Clearly defined genres were boldly represented and appreciated by loyal fans, and musicians that dwell in the indefinable world of music strutted their talents to equally adoring crowds. This is the 7th year for the fest located in the rolling hills if middle Tennessee.

RimRock Events is grateful to announce the inaugural RimRock Music & Camping Festival, to be held September 11-12, 2015 on Eagle Cliff Road in Conifer, CO.  Conifer is 15 miles south of Red Rocks on Hwy 285 and on the RDT route from Denver. This event could currently be the best kept secret in music. 

Our lineup is stellar, headlined by the Kyle Hollingsworth Band.  Be it jam band, bluegrass, reggae, rhythm & blues, funkadelic, acid jazz, party rock, or acoustic, these are skilled and seriously fun entertainers!

The sixth annual Catskill Chill Music Festival has unveiled the performance schedule for “A Farewell to Minglewood” taking place September 18-20, 2015 at Camp Minglewood in Hancock, New York and headlined by preeminent jam band moe. This is a very special year for the much-loved three-day music and art gathering because Catskill Chill will move to a new home in 2016.

Bostonians and music fans from all over the New England area have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of this September’s Boston Calling music festival.  The biannual event will put on a three-day show from September 25th-27th, 2015, in the city’s historic City Hall Plaza [One City Hall Square, Boston, Massachusetts].

The last day of the Meadow City Music Festival began with a light audience. It was to be expected for a 10 am start on a Sunday morning in a church-going community.  The festivalgoers who came later missed a couple of really great acts.
