Colorado-based, six-piece rock fusion group Eminence Ensemble will make their debut at Morrison, CO’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre on April 25th, 2020 with Lotus.

Throughout 2019, the band made great waves across the country while embarking on a five-month coast-to-coast tour in support of their latest sophomore studio release, Real News.

They've performed headlining sets in packed venues across Colorado, Texas, Wyoming, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. The band finished off their extensive 2019 tour with six Colorado hometown shows, including a tour closer at Denver’s sizable Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom in September.

New horizons are in store for the band in 2020. Since their establishment, Eminence Ensemble has always been self-managed by members of the band. The later half of 2019 peaked interest by long-time background screening and risk management executive and entrepreneur, Jason Morris, who has since taken the band under his wing to take them to the next level. After graduating from Kent State University, Morris built and operated EmployeeScreenIQ for over 17 years. His business was then acquired by the largest company in the employment screening industry. While young but semi-retired, Morris, a big live music fan, was introduced to Eminence Ensemble through his friend and Umphrey’s McGee keyboardist Joel Cummins, and decided to invest in the band. As the band’s new manager, he has attracted the attention of their new booking agency Madison House and PR/media company Blooming Footprint to elevate Eminence Ensemble’s presence on the scene. Currently playing nearly 50+ shows a year, Morris hopes to have Eminence Ensemble playing 150+ shows and festivals a year, producing more new material, and rising to new musical heights.

Morris recounts his initial involvement with the band:

I’m a huge live music fan with a great ear for music but zero talent as a musician. The first time I saw Eminence I was blown away and knew they deserved to be playing in front of a much bigger audience. I used some of my expertise to implement a few general business marketing strategies to see if it would move the needle, and it did. After that I jumped in with both feet.

These guys were like any distressed business; they had solid talent but lacked financial and professional direction, which is where I was able to immediately help. Finding a powerful booking agency was the first step, and in Madison House we’ve found an outstanding partner. Having Katie Fox and her team at Blooming Footprint help us tell the world about Eminence Ensemble ensures that music fans everywhere will hear about the band. We are all so excited to get started and show the world what many of us have already seen in this band.”

Eminence Ensemble bassist Zac Flynn adds:

"It's a bit serendipitous really. Over the last few years we’ve really been grinding, performing hundreds of shows all over the country, and really trying to translate those experiences into our sound and our music. It's been a lot of work. So now that we are signing with Madison house, signing Jason as management, and lining up a really extraordinary 2020, it almost feels like a dream. One step leads to another, and I have a feeling the next few steps are really going to shape our careers and our lives. We are so excited for the future of EE and we can't thank the fans enough for all their support over the years.”

Eminence Ensemble is already set to start off 2020 with some heaters. They are scheduled to play Tuscon, AZ’s annual Gem & Jam Festival alongside Tipper, Big Gigantic, The Floozies, Twiddle, Billy Strings, Desert Dwellers, and more in January. In February they’ll play at Papadosio’s Snowsio Festival alongside Star Kitchen, Joel Cummins, and more.

Additionally, Eminence Ensemble is gearing up for their biggest show to date- performing at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre on April 25th, supporting jamtronica group Lotus. Under Morris’ professional managing, as well as Blooming Footprint and Madison House’s marketing and booking advisories, Eminence Ensemble will come into 2020 with a whole new toolbox of music endeavors. Eminence Ensemble is a six-piece fusion rock jam band based out of Boulder, CO. Since their formation in 2009, Eminence Ensemble has become a local Colorado music staple, selling out venues state-wide and surging their high-energy, genre-bending music to fans across the country. Once the band began touring nationwide nearly four years ago they released their first

studio album Mouse Hunt in 2014. In 2018, the band earned the honor of touring alongside reggae rockstar Matisyahu, gaining more national attention from fans while simultaneously selling out their own headlining shows.
