Critically acclaimed husband and wife duo Over the Rhine will perform at e-Town Hall on July 7 in support of their latest album Love & Revelation  (released March 15). Celebrating 30 years of making music together, the duo’s first album in four years finds them in a deeply reflective place, contemplating both personal loss and the wavering of America’s collective compass. The record explores the many forms of grief and how we process it, but as with much of Over The Rhine’s body of work, there is a deep undercurrent of hope. The Associated Press says, “'Love & Revelation' is a subdued but lovely celebration...the topics are often sad and the tempos mostly slow, all the better to showcase Bergquist’s warm, wise, honest alto. She sounds better than ever.” You can listen to the album in its entirety via Rolling Stone Country here

Linford Detweiler and Karin Bergquist (aka Over The Rhine) have a long established reputation for delivering genuine, heartfelt stories of the human condition. The pair's thoughtful, incisive lyrics are often inspired by a certain time and place, illustrating life’s major moments, from suffering to celebration, while also creating a personal connection that feels innately human. Featuring deeply rich textures, intricate arrangements and Bergquist’s warm, evocative vocals, Love & Revelation reflects the last four years. The resulting soulful collection of songs showcases the pair's timeless craft and understated, yet powerful sound that continues to resonate.  Hear their new song "Los Lunas" via American Songwriter here
