Brandon Wildish is a voice that thousands of Orange County residents have heard or seen live, but may not know by name yet.  As a notable live cover artist who plays 7-8 days a week around Southern California, Wildish has been a local favorite at some of the area’s favorite restaurants, private venues and concert halls.  On October 21st, Wildish will release his new EP, Other Side via online retailers such as Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon MP3. This marks his 2nd release of original music written by the passionate and musically diverse Southern California native.

Other Side is 4 original indie-pop tracks penned by Wildish that cover a range of lyrical topics ranging from taking risks, unique perspectives on love and even revealing some of his recent personal enlightenment and  growth.  Even though he is passionate about playing live and adding his twist to music hits, Wildish will always long to write and produce his own music.  Other Side is the follow-up to his 2013 debut album, and was co-produced by Heather Baker (Anti-Wave) in the Long Beach area over the Summer of 2016.

Growing up in Orange County, Wildish was raised in a musical family and learned at a young age that playing guitar was a lifelong journey.  Influenced by groups ranging from Bad Religion to Jethro Tull and James Taylor, he developed his own style and quickly found himself playing weekly shows in the Orange County area at notable restaurants and hotspots. Not everyone can make a living playing music, let alone cover songs, and Wildish has proven that hard work  and quality relationships can open doors and make loyal fans. In 2013 he released his first album ‘Simplicities’ which was his first solo venture into self-released material. Prior to Other Side and Simplicities, he wrote music and played guitar in the successful alternative/pop group Hope Departed.  Wildish also recently received his Master’s in Counseling Psychology, and gives credit to his continued education towards his success in the music business.

Rafael Vigilantics once again breaks down musical boundaries with the release of his new single “Ramblin’ Bones.” The new single was unveiled last week via Purevolume.com and tastemaker website The Deli has premiered his new music video this week. The video has peaked interest from fans and industry alike for its avante-garde undertone and stunning cinematic qualities.

Formerly a Portland based artist who blurred the line between Hip-Hop and folk, Vigilantics has now taken a step further into experimental rock and folk sprinkled with grit and soul. As a gypsy crooner, Vigilantics uses his haunting, unique voice to craft music that is unpredictable, beautiful and memorable. Now located in Los Angeles, he has been actively putting the final touches on his new album Orleans.

Vigilantics is a storyteller, and knows no confines with his musical expression and puts an emphasis on making music that requires a visual pairing. He partnered with director Sarah Remetch to bring the story of “Ramblin’ Bones” to life, which gives life to a track that feels pure, honest and timeless. The video is visually stunning and quickly captivates the viewer with his brutal honesty and dark narrative.

In late 2016, after completing a tour with Onry Ozzborn (Olddominion and DarkTime Sunshine) & Rob Sonic (Aesop Rock), Vigilantics hit the studio to start work on his latest album Orleans. The album is currently being recorded by Sanford Parker (Voivod, Local H) and co-written with Noah Harmon of the Airborne Toxic Event. While not on the road, Vigilantics is busy writing music for film and recently partnered with Blue Mics to use “Ramblin’ Bones” in a series of videos demonstrating their top performing products.

The Huffington Post calls Vigilantics “The Iggy Pop of Hip-Hop and Music Felon describes his sound as combining the “unique sounds of hip hop with train robber folk.”

Don’t Panic have dropped their new single “Conquer Divide” on all streaming platforms including Spotify and Apple Music. The track is part of their upcoming new album entitled ‘42’, which is now set for an August 26th release. The album will also include their comeback single “Time Machine” which was released alongside a music video in late April.

The Arizona based group has been at it for over a decade, and after a brief hiatus, returned to the studio to write/record new music that will be included on ‘42’. Vocalist Dylan Rowe and company are excited to once again be making music and were brought back together in 2021 when inspiration and the perfectly imperfect timing struck (nothing like some COVID downtime). With a similar energy to “Time Machine”, “Conquer Divide” leans into a mix of infectious guitar rock with tasteful backing keys to create an approachable, but heavy sound that perfectly lends itself to Rowe’s powerful vocal melodies. In support of the effort, the band is currently booking tour dates that include an August 26th album release show in Phoenix and 28th show in Los Angeles.

“Conquer Divide is a personal protest, it’s the enormity of chaos, and feeling powerless to change it,” says Don’t Panic singer Dylan Rowe. “It’s about compassion, understanding, forgiveness, anger, hope, all of the vulnerable feelings critical to realize change.”

Speaking further on the album - “I feel like we revisited our roots here with this one, which makes my heart really happy. Our first EP was very tongue-in-cheek, Conquer Divide and the ‘42’ LP definitely encapsulates that sarcastic sentiment, something we were known for in the very beginning. We [Don’t Panic] are, undoubtedly, the “if I’m not laughing, I’m crying” kind of people, we try our best to balance our stinging satire with genuine optimism.”

42’ Tracklisting:
Conquer Divide
Eyes of Fire
Emotional Tourist
Phasers Set To Stun
Drax
Time Machine
Fly Into The Sea
Ninjas (Cory Spotts Platinum Edition 2022)

Since forming in 2012, the multi-dimensional quartet has carefully picked out influences ranging from progressive rock, indie and flavors from the mainstream to create a sound that is rounded out by Dylan Rowe’s soaring, yet emotionally dynamic vocals. Don’t Panic released their two EPs ‘DOS Robot Circus’ (2014) and ‘The Sleepy EP’ (2015) and will release their new album ‘42’ on August 26. The band embraces a unique mix of rock and experimental tendencies, and is composed of members Dylan Rowe (Vocals), Jeffrey Fred Robens Jr. (Guitar), and Ryan Obermeit (Bass).
