While the “core four” remaining members of the Grateful Dead are hanging up their collective spurs this Fourth of July weekend, Dark Star Orchestra has no intention of ending their road warrior ways. Dark Star will be in Chicago for the festivities and a performance for the Rex Foundation on July second, and it only seems fitting; they’ve been long considered the top tier of the Grateful Dead cover band food chain.

Brotherly Love Productions is excited to announce the very first Roosevelt Collier South Florida Get Down featuring legendary musicians Oteil Burbridge (Allman Brothers Band), Kofi Burbridge (Tedeschi Trucks Band) and Anthony Cole (JJ Grey & Mofro), and of course the one and only Roosevelt Collier (The Lee Boys) on sacred steel.

Rounding out their biggest headlining lineup to date, Umphrey’s McGee will be playing two nights at Legend Valley in Thornville, Ohio (approximately 20 minutes East of Columbus, Ohio), alongside previously announced artists The Werks, Papadosio and Dopapod for The Werk Out Music & Arts Festival, held August 6-8.
