Aidan James shares his new single "What My Friends Talk About" via PopMatters, who call the single "a delightful piece of music that fits well into James' expanding wheelhouse of instantly catchy pop tunes." You can check out the song here, and stay tuned for new music from Aidan coming next year.

Aidan James is a 16-year-old award-winning singer-songwriter, originally from Hawaii now living in California. Aidan released his first original EP, “Live Again,” at age 13 which was nominated for Hawaii’s prestigious Na Hoku Hanohano Award for “EP of the Year.”   A year later, he followed up with his first full-length album, “Echoes”, which earned him another Na Hoku nomination for “Contemporary Album of the Year.”

Aidan has performed around the world including, Tahiti and Japan.  He toured with Grammy award-winning Train, opened for Jack Johnson, Lisa Loeb, and Michael Bolton, and has shared the stage with Jake Shimabukuro.  Aidan has played the famous Whisky A Go Go, House of Blues Voodoo Room, Genghis Cohen and Hotel Cafe in California.  Last year, he was showcased at the popular songwriting sessions at Bluebird Café Nashville and was the youngest artist to have his own show at the legendary Blue Note Hawaii.
