Global Mexican superstar Carín León marks career milestone with debut performance Grand Ole Opry last night

Last evening, global Mexican superstar Carín León achieved a career milestone with his debut performance on country music’s most biggest stage, the world-famous Grand Ole Opry, representing a landmark event for Latin music in the U.S.
 
León performed his new duet with Kane Brown titled “The One (Pero No Como Yo)," which they premiered live at Premio Lo Nuestro awards and is set for release February 29th.
 
Grammy-winning soul singer Leon Bridges as well as duet partner Kane Brown were in the audience which was on it’s feet the entire evening as well as for the incredible performances encore.

Following his Nashville stop, León will make history as the first Spanish-language act to play both Stagecoach and Coachella this April.
 
León continues his rapid ascent after a massive year, including a Latin Grammy win for Best Norteño Album for Colmillo de Leche and the release of two massive hit singles, with “Primera Cita” and “Según Quién” each charting Top 25 on Spotify and Top 30 on Billboard Global 200. Most recently, he completed an extensive sold-out run of U.S. arenas with his “Colmillo de Leche Tour.” The 38-date tour hit Los Angeles’ Crypto Arena, Newark’s Prudential Center, Houston’s Toyota Center, Miami’s Kaseya Center and more.
