LOCKN' Festival is proud to announce a number of updates and exciting new additions to the festival this year, including special artist collaborations, new and improved festival layout, and an expanded Garcia's Forest with weekend-long programming. Now in its 5th year, LOCKN' Festival takes place August 24-27 at the newly named Infinity Downs Farms at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Arrington, Virginia.

LOCKN' Festival's primary setting will now be at Infinity Downs Farm, with the central venue encompassing both the main stage and Blue Ridge Bowl natural amphitheater, allowing more than 20,000 fans to enjoy non-stop music all weekend long with improved sight lines and easy access to all the incredible food, drinks, shopping, and social action activities. This new and improved venue location will be more accessible to all campsites, with additional shade and misting stations to provide extra respite in the event of heat, and will offer a more convenient patron experience. The venue location and streamlined layout will allow for more efficient and direct traffic access, making entering and exiting LOCKN' even smoother than ever before.

This year's LOCKN' features one of the most exciting line-ups in the festival's five-year history, highlighted by a once-in-a-lifetime headline set from Phil Lesh with Special Guest Bob Weir & The Terrapin Family Band performing The Grateful Dead's classic 1977 album, Terrapin Station, in its entirety. What's more, a series of unparalleled collaborations are also slated, with The Avett Brothers - in their long awaited LOCKN' debut - joined by Special Guest Bob Weir, Gov't Mule joined by Special Guest Ann Wilson of Heart, Moonalice joined by Special Guest Jorma Kaukonen, and Phil Lesh & Bob Weir joined by Nicki Bluhm for their Terrapin Station headline set. These unique pairings join an already stacked lineup that includes Widespread Panic, phil.moe. (teaming Phil Lesh & Friends and moe.) John Fogerty, The String Cheese Incident, Umphrey's McGee, moe., John Butler Trio, Gov't Mule, Brandi Carlile, The Disco Biscuits, Jim James (solo), Joe Russo's Almost Dead, Greensky Bluegrass, The Revivalists, Margo Price, Keller Williams (solo and with Keller Williams' Grateful Gospel), Margo Price, Brandi Carlile, Eric Krasno Band, JJ Grey & Mofro, TAUK, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Marcus King Band, Blackberry Smoke, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Hiss Golden Messenger, The Record Company, Los Colognes, and The Suffers.

LOCKN's beloved Garcia's Forest has been expanded and, among other things, will feature a replica of Terrapin Station. The Porch at Terrapin Station will host unique nightly performances including Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Midnight North, and Nicole Atkins Band. "Piano On The Porch" morning presentations will highlight Melvin Seals, Holly Bowling, Danny Louis, and others. Additionally, Garcia's Forest will present a range of activities including daily yoga and more.
