Tommy Prine Headed to TX in January, Pre-Sale Starts Today

Tommy Prine will be headed to Texas January 2024 for three shows in support of his debut album, This Far South, out this summer.

Tour Dates:

Jan. 18 - White Oak Music Hall (Upstairs) - Houston, TX

Jan. 19 - 3TEN ACL Live - Austin, TX

Jan. 20 - Tulips - Fort Worth, TX

Tickets for Houston, Austin, and Fort Worth dates are available for pre-sale now at their respective links. General on-sale tickets will be available June 14 at 10 am CT.

This Far South, coming June 23, 2023 via Thirty Tigers, is not only a long-awaited introduction but a testimony to Prine’s 20s and the loss, love, and growth that has defined them. Co-produced by a close friend and kindred musical spirit, Ruston Kelly, and beloved Nashville engineer and producer, Gena Johnson, the album is rich and dynamic from cathartic jams to nostalgic storytelling. On stage, fans can expect not "another hour of John Prine Junior," but someone whose artistry has grown into their own based on various musical influences.

On June 24, Round Records & ATO Records will release GarciaLive Volume Six: July 5, 1973 – Jerry Garcia & Merl Saunders, the latest installment of the celebrated GarciaLive archival series. The three-CD set was recorded at the 200 capacity Lion’s Share club formerly located in the small town of San Anselmo, CA, just 20 miles north of San Francisco. The performance features Jerry Garcia performing with friend, mentor and legendary keyboardist/vocalist Merl Saunders. The duo is joined by drummer Bill Vitt and bassist John Kahn, who soon became a lifelong Garcia collaborator.
