Today, Bluegrass Pride announced Porch Pride: A Bluegrass Pride Queer-antine Festival. Airing over the weekend of June 27th and 28th, Porch Pride is a streaming festival featuring more than ten hours of live music over what would’ve been Pride weekend in San Francisco.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of his first solo album, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Dave Mason has reimagined that iconic release with Alone Together...Again. Available to pre-order now through his online store, the album will be available on all digital platforms on July 24, 2020.

The Earl Scruggs Music Festival announces today that the inaugural festival will be postponed until September 3-4, 2021. This debut festival, focused on the rich legacy of American musical icon Earl Scruggs, will be held at the Tryon International Equestrian Center in Mill Spring, NC, from September 3-4, 2021 and will feature the complete 2020 line-up.

Steve Forbert’s latest cover and accompanying video of the Grateful Dead’s “Box of Rain” is a timely release considering our shared experience surrounding COVID-19. This monumental song originated with one of the Dead’s founding members, Phil Lesh, composing the music, while Robert ‘Bob’ Hunter wrote the lyrics. Lesh came to identify the song with his dying father. He would practice singing as he drove to the hospital and later the nursing home. Death surrounds us.
