Hamish Anderson’s new record Out of my Head has been out almost a month, and momentum for the Australian born/LA - based musician has never been higher. Hamish’s track “What You Do To Me” is number 54 this week on the Americana Singles Chart.

John Lowell Anderson is pleased to announce the release of his 3rd studio album, June, out everywhere now. This self-produced album has been 2 years in the making, and is the culmination of his musical journey thus far. While self-defined as a singer-songwriter, JLA fuses electronic elements not typically seen within the space. As lyrically interesting as it is musically, June touches on the universal desires of longing, frustration, and hope.

The brothers have been no stranger to performing live with the band Strange Arrangement® and we can add The Brothers Van Kirk to the list of siblings who work together, exploring and creating music and arts. The connection between brothers may have its advantages. The brothers provide a fun and funky environment mixed with a variety of energetic music. While performing the brothers expose and inspire each other offering an original refreshing and emotional sound.

Singer-songwriter, Steven Blane, returns with the release of his newest album, I Walk Alone, released April 16th, 2019. The album, self-composed, and self-produced is a true testament to Steven’s artistic capabilities. Blane was responsible for the entire project, from playing the instruments to mixing and mastering, this body of work was a one-man show.

On the last Tuesday night in May, Little Feat continued their triumphant 50th anniversary tour in Oakland at the storied Fox Theater. Adding to its already stacked lineup featuring Railroad Earth, two sets of Billy Strings, Dave Bruzza: Unsafe at Any Speed, Keller Williams & The Keels, the Hoxeyville Music Festival today adds three national acts to join in the celebration in Wellston, MI August 16 -18. Held in the heart of the Manistee National Forest, the same home for the Camp Greensky Music Festival happening next weekend, Hoxeyville augments its 2019 billing by adding Leftover Salmon, Anders Osborne, and Go Rounds to the bill.

“Georgia On My Mind,” the latest song off Peter Frampton Band’s forthcoming album All Blues, is premiering today. Of the song, which was written by Hoagy Carmichael, Frampton explains, “It’s the standard. I’ve heard Ray Charles kill it, I’ve heard Steve Winwood kill it and I would never attempt to sing this song. There’s just too many great versions by so many great singers. I decided we would do this song as an instrumental. It’s turned out to be a highlight on this record and just shows the versatility of the band.”

The Great South Bay Music Festival – Long Islands longest running, and largest 4 day, all ages Music & Arts Festival, returns to the picturesque waterfront at Shorefront Park in Patchogue Village from Thursday, July 18 through Sunday, July 21st.

Today, The Allman Betts Band released “Shinin’“ the second single off their debut record Down To The River (BMG).
