Today, Minneapolis songwriter Mason Jennings has shared his new single, “Tomorrow.” The track is currently streaming via Glide who describes it as “straddling the line between lushness and simplicity, Jennings conjures a stirring work of folk that showcases his enchanting vocals and his lyrical craftsmanship.” Jennings will release Real Heart on February 4, 2022 via Loosegroove Records and is available to pre-order here.
The Recording Academy® announced today that Bonnie Raitt will join the honorees receiving Lifetime Achievement Awards at the Special Merit Awards Ceremony and 64th Annual GRAMMY® Nominees Reception event, to be held at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre on Sunday, Jan. 30, 2022. The Lifetime Achievement Award celebrates performers who have made outstanding contributions of artistic significance to the field of recording.

Country and bluegrass trio of brothers, Flat River Band, have created a magical and moving video to promote, “Helplessly Hoping” previously recorded by Crosby, Stills, & Nash. The tune is included on the band's recently released five-song EP, Sights and Sounds, by brothers Chad, Dennijo and Andy Sitze (collectively known as Flat River Band).
Americana/alt-country and roots-rock band, Greensky Bluegrass are thrilled to share "Absence of Reason" off the band's forthcoming studio album Stress Dreams. WMOT - Middle Tennessee Public Radio and roots music discovery station premiered the track earlier this week calling the band "game changing." London-based GRAMMY and MOBO nominated Jazztronica duo Blue Lab Beats have announced their long-awaited new album and full-length Blue Note Records debut Motherland Journey, out February 25th. The announcement comes with the album’s title track featuring Ghanaian producer KillBeatz and vocals of the late Afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti.
