Colorado-based alternative rock artist, No Signal — the moniker for Riley Schmelzer — takes genre-defying risks across Venus, the new conceptually complex EP that’s executed with musical proficiency. At the age of 19, Riley takes No Signal to new sonic heights with the five-track Venus, due out Friday, February 4, 2022.

Joe Deninzon & Stratospheerius are releasing a live single “Game of Chicken” on Melodic Revolution Records on December 3.  Recorded live at Prog Stock 2019, the song and music video is a taste of the group upcoming live CD/DVD to be released first half of 2022.

Diana Is Calling found its roots in Philadelphia. Brought together by Melanie Juliano, the lead singer/songwriter, a group of aspiring artists from The University of The Arts in center city blend multiple genres. Melanie draws from several inspirations as she grew up listening to the Fugees and Fleetwood Mac, and great songwriters such as Billy Joel and Adele. With silly lyrics in their song, "Catfish," to their honesty about mental health in "never love," their music ranges in style but parallel in genuine storytelling.

On his newest release, “Once Again,” bluegrass elder statesman Del McCoury leans into a swaggering, swinging, piano-led shuffle; blue as blue can get. “It’s the same night after night, heart broke on a stool under neon lights,” sings one of the most unique and recognizable voices in bluegrass music. “Once Again '' is the second single from McCoury’s upcoming album Almost Proud (McCoury Music), a blue-collar collection of songs that reflect McCoury’s self-image of a working man who chose music as his vocation.

Boston based avant rock trio The Slip performed for the second night of a rare two night stand at the Brooklyn Bowl in Brooklyn, NY last Friday night. The show was part of the first formal tour by this band in over ten years. The band has evolved over the years from a high school jazz band into an edgy experimental rock and jazz fusion that tests the boundaries of jam bands with their art rock style and attention to song writing.

Manchester’s indie-rock rebels The Blinders follow the release of their brand new single ‘City We Call Love’, with news of their forthcoming EP, entitled Electric Kool-Aid (Part 1). A five track collection of dark brilliance, it will be released on Jan 14th, ahead of The Blinders hitting the road with The Cribs for a full UK tour in March.
