This weekend, Vermont-based jam quartet Twiddle returned to the Northeast for a pair of shows. Dubbed the “Valentine’s Run 2020,” the band played at The Palace Theatre (Albany, NY) on Friday, and at the sold-out State Theatre (Portland, ME) on Saturday. Much to the delight of the droves of fervent supporters, both shows provided a deep-dive into Twiddle’s ever-expanding catalog, featuring selections from each stage of the group’s 15-year career.

At the heart of this organ trio is a blues sensibility - but Koch's compositions are an amalgam of rock, funk, jazz and country served up with heavy grooves and dynamic improvisations delivered with no small dose of humor and occasional wild abandon.
