Philadelphia public radio station WXPN announced today that these nine artists have been added to the lineup of its 2024 XPoNential Music Festival presented by Subaru: The Walkmen, Pete Yorn, Jade Bird, George Porter Jr. & Runnin’ Pardners, Brigitte Calls Me Baby, Florry, Velvet Rouge, Mostapha Noumbissi and Carla Gamble. They join the eight previously announced artists performing September 20-22 at Wiggins Park on the Camden, New Jersey waterfront, directly across the Delaware River from Philadelphia. More artists and the daily lineup will be announced soon.

The 2024 XPoNential Music Festival marks the 31st consecutive year that WXPN, the non-commercial, member-supported radio station of the University of Pennsylvania, has produced a multi-day, outdoor music festival. Produced in partnership with the Camden County Board of Commissioners and featuring WXPN’s expertly curated mix of established, new, and local artists, the festival draws audiences from Greater Philadelphia, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeastern US. Its Wiggins Park location offers convenient access via public transportation, two waterfront stages in natural amphitheaters that produce great sound, lawn seating, and riverfront promenades that offer spectacular views of the Delaware River and Philadelphia skyline. Festival amenities include an artist meet-and-greet area for WXPN members, a children’s activities area, and extensive food, beverage, and other vendor selections.
