Roots-dub reggae stars, Stick Figure have announced two Colorado dates at The Aggie and The Gothic for their upcoming ‘Set In Stone' Tour. Led by frontman, Scott Woodruff, this four-piece dub squad will be performing tracks off their November release, Set In Stone. Three years in the making, this 14-track album sets a high standard for touring reggae artists around the globe.

With over 45 upcoming dates between January and May, this thriving troupe of performers have their work cut out for them. Though the group tours as a full band, the project originated as a solo project by founding member, Scott Woodruff. The current live band features Kevin Bong (KBong) on keys, Kevin Offitzer on drums, Tommy Suliman on bass, and Woodruff leading the group on guitar and vocals. Same as each release Stick Figure has brought the world, Set In Stone is written and recorded solo by Woodruff in his home studio with the help of a furry brown friend named Cocoa. Joining Stick Figure on tour will be Los Angeles’ own Fortunate Youth, who have wowed reggae fans around the nation with their monumental energy and sound.

Released this past November, Set In Stone has already proven itself as one of the greatest reggae albums of the year. With moving lyrics and an assembly of creative tracks to choose from, this record marks a moment for Stick Figure as well as for all touring reggae musicians. In addition to Woodruff and a select number of players, Set In Stone features some of the very musicians who've inspired Woodruff to take the group this far. Some of the artists include Slightly Stoopid’s Kyle McDonald on Choice Is Yours,” Rebelution’s Eric Rachmany on Mind Block,” Collie Buddz on Smokin’ Love and finally Stick Figures’ own KBong tearing up the mic on Smiles on Faces. With over three years of writing and recording for this release, Set In Stone has immediately impressed fans and critics alike.

Stick Figure hits Colorado on January 27th with an initial performance in Colorado Springs before laying down some live tracks in Fort Collins on the 28th and finally finishing off in Denver on the 29th. The action doesn’t end there as Stick Figure continues on into May with sets at One Love Cali Reggae Fest, California Roots: The Carolina Sessions, Hangout Fest, and finally ending their current tour at California Roots Music and Arts Festival. Keep up-to-date with Stick Figure's current tour and be sure to make it to The Aggie Theatre on January 28th.
