Today, Tedeschi Trucks Band will premiere I Am The Moon: Crescent, the first episode in the bands epic four album and four film series.
The listening experience will kick off at 8:45pm ET TONIGHT on the band’s YouTube Channel with a pre-film chat, in which Tedeschi Trucks Band will be answering presubmitted and live questions as well as sharing the listening experience alongside their fans.
The album length film created in partnership with Alix Lambert is an opportunity to enjoy the episode collectively with the band and other fans around the globe before it is available in stores and digitally on 6/3.
What started as a pandemic book club has now been transformed into a living, evolving map of the soul: the enduring tale of star-crossed devotion in Layla and Majnun by the 12th-century Persian poet Nizami Ganjavi brought forward to present day, through universal experience, faith, and of course... blazing rock and roll.
This is only the beginning of Tedeschi Trucks Bands most ambitious project to-date.
