Bluegrass group Route 3 have turned a lot of heads since the release of their latest Bluegrass project Losing Time. It marks their first exposure onto the national scene and they’re quickly taking it by storm. This is especially the case with their latest single, “Cartersville.”

Since its release over the summer, it’s catapulted them to new heights. It has gone on to quickly become their best charting single on Bluegrass radio. As a special treat to fans attending IBMA’s annual conference earlier this fall, they performed a jam-packed set filled with several new cuts. Arguably one of the performances that stole the show was that of the current single.

Based in Missouri, the band consists of Jason Jordan (guitar, vocals), Doug Clifton (bass, vocals), Gaylon Harper (banjo, vocals), Roy Bond (mandolin, vocals) and Ron Stewart (fiddle). Despite their most recent success and album, they’re no strangers to the Bluegrass world. They were also recently awarded the Arkansas Country Music Award for “Bluegrass Artist of the Year” in 2020, which recognized them as one of the top Roots groups in the region. One thing is for certain, the sky's the limit for Route 3!
