Led by saxophonist Jon De Lucia and his all-star jazz octet, including Grammy-winning musicians, this event will feature the music of The Dave Brubeck Octet, originally formed in the 1940s. This group, composed of Brubeck and his fellow composition students at Mills College, was known for exploring groundbreaking musical concepts like polytonality and odd meters.

Jazz Post-1959: Diverging Paths
