This New Year's Eve, Jam Dass is set to launch their much-anticipated debut album, "Love, Jam, Remember." A unique fusion of kirtan and rock, the album has been crafted to bring the ancient art of sacred mantras into the upbeat world of rock and roll. Recorded in Shaftsbury, VT by Primrose Productions and mastered by the acclaimed Foxy Music in Louisville, CO, "Love, Jam, Remember" promises to be a groundbreaking addition to both the rock and kirtan music scenes.

Mighty Poplar, an all-star bluegrass ensemble, has been honored with a nomination for Best Bluegrass Album at this year's Grammy Awards. Comprising some of the most talented musicians in the genre, the group brings together Andrew Marlin of Watchhouse, Noam Pikelny and Chris Eldridge of Punch Brothers, Greg Garrison of Leftover Salmon, and Alex Hargreaves, known for his work with Billy Strings.

The first time I heard Laura Lauda sing was at Boulder’s Porchfest ‘22. Quite literally, my jaw dropped and I found myself leaning in. But as quickly as she appeared toward the front of the stage, she tucked herself back behind her gigantic Bass and off on the sidelines. I mentioned to a mutual friend immediately after, that she had a voice like a fairy tale and ought to use it more often. Wish fulfilled! With some professional voice coaching under her belt, she’s up there owning the stage.

Formed in July 2015 in Denver, Colorado, The Copper Children present a distinctive fusion of musical styles and influences. Their sound ranges from the choral echoes of American gospel to the psychedelic, acid-jam vibes of the 1960s. In live performances, they create an immersive experience that transports audiences into a realm of unity, freedom, whimsy, and love. Their harmonies and rhythms evoke a deep sense of shared humanity.

Closing out 2023 with a bang, New Orleans musical heavyweights Rebirth Brass Band appear for a two-night run at The Hamilton Live in Washington D.C., also featuring the fierce funk/soul guitarist Sol Roots on December 30th, and the talented group Gordon Sterling & The People on December 31st.
