The T.J. Martell Foundation has announced The Celebrity ROCK ‘N’ BOWL, a fundraiser that combines the competitive sport of bowling with high energy entertainment and celebrity appearances to raise funds for cancer research. The event is chaired by Wendy Dio, President and Co-Founder of the Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund, who serves on The T.J. Martell Foundation Board and whose organization has raised and donated funds to the T.J. Martell’s continuing efforts in cancer research.

As soon as I heard the guy selling flower crowns charmingly belittling his own product, I knew I was exactly where I was supposed to be. Despite the cool fog that hung over the weekend, taking in the towering eucalyptus trees that encase Golden Gate Park, I felt warm. Back at Outside Lands for my third year, it almost instantly felt like I was home again.
Celebrating two decades of defying genres and creating ceaselessly groundbreaking music, Tulsa-based Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey is set to release Worker, their 26th album, on October 14 via Royal Potato Family. The 11-track effort marks the first studio recording from the current trio line-up featuring Brian Haas (keyboards, Moog bass), Chris Combs (guitar, lap steel), and Josh Raymer (drums).
