This July 15th & July 16th (716 Day), there’s only one place to be: Cobblestone Live Music & Arts Festival in the Historic Cobblestone District of Downtown Buffalo. This two-day festival takes place from 6pm to 11pm on July 15 and from 1pm to 11pm on July 16 with after parties set at Buffalo Iron Works and Lockhouse Distillery & Bar each night.
Singer-songwriter and band leader, Don McCloskey will celebrate the release of his new album The Chaos and The Beauty on July 22nd at Ardmore Music Hall. The songwriter will bring his eight-piece band for a boisterous show at a venue not far from where the Bristol native grew up. “Growing up in the Philly area, we’ve been going to Ardmore shows since it was called Brownie’s – so many great memories there,” says the singer.

Hall of Famer, JOHN FOGERTY, is back on the road this summer and he’s making it a real family affair! Hearty Har, featuring sons Shane and Tyler, will open a number of shows on Fogerty’s Travelin' Band Tour. Beginning this weekend with two shows in Washington, Fogerty will perform his hits from Creedence Clearwater Revival and more. The dates continue through mid-September with more dates to be announced.

Due to overwhelming demand, the Blue Note Jazz Festival Napa Valley announces a third day of programming on Friday, July 29th. With standout additions including Dinner Party (Robert Glasper, Terrace Martin and Kamasi Washington) and Snoop Dogg, the third day also includes performances by Chaka Khan, Kamasi Washington, Madlib, Chris Dave & The Drumheadz, Kenny Garrett, Alex Isley, Domi & JD Beck, Kiefer and Amber (of Moonchild), Marcus Strickland Twi-Life and DJ Jahi Sundance.

Celebrated band Trampled By Turtles has announced the release of their forthcoming album Alpenglow on October 28th (Thirty Tigers). Produced by Wilco’s Jeff Tweedy, Alpenglow is the Minnesota-based sextet’s tenth album and may be their strongest collection of songs and performances to date.

“When the world shut down and the music industry came to a halt,” recalls Fireside Collective singer and mandolinist Jesse Iaquinto, “we decided to head to a cabin in the Smoky Mountains. We didn't know when we'd be back on the road, or what touring would look like, but we knew if we kept creating music, it would be the best way to ensure we could return to playing music. Over the course of 3 days, we began arranging the songs that would become a part of our fourth studio album.”
