Renowned pianist George Winston will release his 16th solo piano album, NIGHT, on RCA Records on May 6, 2022. By virtue of his brilliance as one of the foremost instrumental composers of our time, NIGHT is a vivid look into Winston's nocturnal world where life begins as the sun sets on each day. NIGHT features four original Winston compositions, as well as stunning renditions of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" and Allen Toussaint's "Freedom For The Stallion," plus additional standout interpretations.

Island Records and UMe today announce the 40th-anniversary vinyl release of “A Celebration,” a limited edition 12” vinyl EP to celebrate Record Store Day on Saturday, April 23, 2022.

“A Celebration” is U2’s seventh single and was originally released in March 1982, between the albums October (1981) and War (1983).

Noel Paul Stookey first heard the term “fazz” when he, as part of the legendary folk trio Peter, Paul & Mary, toured colleges with the Dave Brubeck Quartet in the 1960s. Following five releases with her sisters on ABC/Blue Thumb Records (including a Grammy® win in 1975 for the Bonnie and Anita Pointer-penned “Fairytale”), Bonnie Pointer left the group she co-founded and began a solo career. She signed with Motown Records in 1978, and her eponymous debut featured the hit “Heaven Must Have Sent You,” which reached #11 on the Billboard Hot 100. The next year brought another self-titled released, and a third album came five years later. Bonnie appeared on Soul Train in 1985, but it would be decades before she would release more music.
